Payments can be made in person Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM or mailed to our office at 730 9th St. Hempstead, TX 77445.

Before making a payment via credit card, you must call our office at (979) 826-7620 to get all required information for proper processing of your payment.
You will need the following before proceeding with your payments:
- 1. Amount you need to pay.
- 2. Account number or ACAD number.
- 3. Bureau Code number 5597368.
- 4. 2.5% convenience fee is charged.
- 5. Payment will not be processed until next business day.
- 6. Be sure to get the confirmation number when your payment has been accepted by Certified Payments.
