-An identifying heading.
-Must be suitable for reproducing a readable record.
-All signatures must have the name typed, printed or stamped.
-Address of grantee must be in the body of the document.
*Absent any of the above, a penalty fee will be charged.
The office is not responsible for lien searches. All of our Real Property Records are open to the public for any type of search to be done on your own.
